Statement of Faith
Celebration Life Academy is founded upon the truth of God’s Word and exists to glorify God in all that we do. Our Statement of Faith reflects our core biblical beliefs and aligns with the doctrine of Celebration Church. These beliefs guide our teaching, leadership, and community life.
The Holy Scriptures
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, eternal and unchanging, and the final authority for faith and conduct.
(2 Timothy 3:16–17; Hebrews 4:12; 2 Peter 1:21; Isaiah 40:8; Psalm 119:89, 160)
The Triune God
We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is the Creator of all things and worthy of worship, obedience, and love.
(Matthew 28:19; Mark 1:9–11; John 5:18, 23; Psalm 139:7; 2 Corinthians 13:14)
Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ: His virgin birth, sinless life, vicarious and atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.
(John 1:1–5; Matthew 1:22–23; Romans 3:25; 1 Corinthians 15:3–8; Acts 1:9–11)
Salvation
We believe that salvation is a gift of God, received by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ. Regeneration, justification, and sanctification are the works of the Holy Spirit in the life of every believer.
(John 3:5–6; Ephesians 2:8–9; Titus 3:5–6; Galatians 3:2–3)
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, whose indwelling enables believers to live godly lives. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as experienced by believers and the present-day operation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit in the Church.
(Luke 24:49; Acts 1:8; Acts 2:4; Romans 12:6–8; 1 Corinthians 12–14; Ephesians 5:18)
The Church and the Great Commission
We believe in obeying the Great Commission in the spirit of the Great Commandment—to love God and love others. The Church is called to proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, and build the Kingdom of God in unity and love.
(Matthew 22:37–40; Matthew 28:18–20; Mark 16:15; Acts 1:8)
Resurrection and Eternal Destiny
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: those who are saved unto the resurrection of life, and those who are lost unto the resurrection of eternal separation from God.
(John 5:28–29; 1 Corinthians 15:20–23; Revelation 20:11–15)
Sanctity of Human Life
We believe that human life is sacred and created by God from the moment of conception to natural death. Every human life is precious and bears the image of God.
(Psalm 139:13–14; Luke 1:15; Galatians 1:15; Isaiah 43:4)
Marriage, Family, and Sexuality
We believe that marriage and family are institutions ordained by God from the beginning of human history. Marriage is the covenantal union between one man and one woman. We believe God created mankind as male and female, and that sexual intimacy is a beautiful gift intended for marriage alone. Any sexual activity outside of marriage is contrary to biblical teaching.
(Genesis 1:27–28; Genesis 2:20–24; Matthew 5:27–28; 1 Corinthians 6:9–10; Hebrews 13:4)
Unity in the Body of Christ
We believe that unity in the foundational doctrines of Scripture is essential. While there may be diversity in expressions of worship, we affirm that believers are one Body in Christ, called to walk together in love, humility, and harmony.
(John 17:11; Romans 12:1–13; 1 Corinthians 12; Ephesians 4:1–6)
Our Commitment
As a Christian school, Celebration Life Academy is committed to teaching, modeling, and upholding these biblical truths. We seek to partner with families to educate students in an environment that honors God, values truth, and encourages spiritual growth.
