Admissions

Choosing the right school is an important decision, and we are honored you are considering Celebration Life Academy. Our admissions process is designed to be welcoming, thoughtful, and supportive — helping families determine whether CLA is the right fit for their child.

We partner closely with families throughout the process and invite you to learn more about our Christ-centered programs for Preschool, Elementary School, and Extended Care.

Admissions Process

Our admissions process is designed to be clear and supportive. Steps may vary slightly by program and age level, and our Admissions Team is here to guide you and answer questions throughout the process.

  • Families who wish to move forward may complete an online application through our secure application portal. A non-refundable application fee of $150 is required at the time of submission.

    As part of the application, families will be asked to upload supporting documentation, which may include:

    • A copy of the student’s birth certificate

    • The most recent immunization record

    • Standardized test scores, if applicable

    • An Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan, if applicable

    Families whose child has an IEP or 504 Plan are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office before submitting an application so we can best support your child through the admissions process.

  • Once an application and all required materials have been received, the Admissions Committee will carefully review the student’s information.

    Depending on the program and grade level, the admissions review process may include:

    • An age-appropriate student assessment

    • A family meeting with a member of our Administration

    Our goal is to ensure a strong fit between the student, family, and Celebration Life Academy.

  • Families will be notified once the Admissions Committee has completed its review and a decision has been made. Families typically receive decisions within 2-3 weeks of completing all application requirements.

  • Upon acceptance, families will be invited to complete the enrollment process to reserve their child’s placement at Celebration Life Academy.


    After acceptance, families will:

    • Select a tuition payment plan

    • Sign the enrollment contract

    • Register for AutoPay

    • Submit the enrollment fee to secure the student’s placement

    Our Admissions Team will guide families through each step and is available to answer questions along the way.
